On August 19, Yancheng City held a symposium for entrepreneurs, presided over by Yan Hanping, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee. The meeting aimed to solicit insights directly from enterprises, focus on developing "new quality productive forces," and discuss high-quality development for the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. Qiu Yunjie, Chairman of Changhong Intelligent, attended as an entrepreneur representative and delivered a speech; drawing on the company's experience in industrial growth and international operations, he offered suggestions for building Yancheng's modern industrial system.

As a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise based in Yancheng, Changhong Intelligent has deeply cultivated the field of intelligent manufacturing and focused on overcoming critical core technologies. The company has secured over 1 billion yuan in orders for 2026—with overseas orders accounting for more than 90% of the total—and has established itself as a long-term Tier 1 supplier to leading global automakers such as Jaguar Land Rover, Stellantis, Volkswagen, and Iveco. Chairman Qiu Yunjie offered constructive suggestions regarding the overseas expansion of local enterprises, addressing practical challenges associated with cross-border operations; he advocates for strengthening support services to empower local companies in tapping into international markets and to help extend Yancheng’s modern industrial system onto the global stage.

Chairman Qiu Yunjie stated that Changhong Intelligent will remain committed to its industrial roots, continuously strengthen technological innovation, make breakthroughs in core technologies, and expand its global market presence. The company aims to deeply integrate into the development of Yancheng’s modern industrial system and proactively shoulder social responsibilities, such as stabilizing employment. He also expressed hope for concerted efforts between the government and enterprises to create a superior environment for local companies to expand internationally, thereby contributing Changhong’s strength to Yancheng’s accelerated development of "new quality productive forces" and the writing of a new chapter of high-quality development for the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.
