Stellantis Paint Shop Line Project

The Stellantis Sochaux project in France marks Changhong Intelligent's first turnkey passenger vehicle paint shop project in Europe. It incorporates advanced painting processes and is designed and manufactured to European standards—featuring technologies such as a "Dip-Free 360" rotating immersion conveyor system and electric heating drying ovens—to deliver energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and highly productive intelligent painting operations. Upon completion, the facility will achieve a production capacity of 60 units per hour (JPH) and an annual output of 300,000 vehicles, significantly boosting the production capacity for the Peugeot brand under the Stellantis Group. The first vehicle has already rolled off the line, and the project is currently in the critical commissioning and SOP (Start of Production) phase; thanks to the close collaboration between the Changhong Intelligent and FIDIA teams, equipment commissioning across all zones is proceeding efficiently and systematically.

Jaguar Land Rover Paint Shop Line Project

The Jaguar Land Rover paint shop project in Birmingham, UK, marks the second large-scale turnkey passenger vehicle paint shop project undertaken by Changhong Intelligent in Europe. With a total capacity of 12 JPH, the facility fully meets the high-quality painting requirements of Jaguar Land Rover’s new generation of luxury models. The project has currently entered the commissioning and trial production phase; through the efficient collaboration between the Changhong Intelligent and FIDIA teams, equipment installation and commissioning across all zones are progressing steadily according to schedule, while the team's professional expertise and execution capabilities continue to earn high recognition from the client.

Egypt

MANSOUR Vehicle Assembly Plant Project

The new vehicle manufacturing plant project for Egypt’s Mansour Group, undertaken by Changhong Intelligent as the general contractor, officially kicked off on-site installation in July, entering the critical phase of implementation. As Mansour Group’s first vehicle manufacturing base, this project marks Changhong Intelligent’s first turnkey contract in the Egyptian market to encompass the complete process chain—including welding, painting, and final assembly. Facing the complex challenges of cross-border collaboration, the dedicated delivery team deployed overseas; amidst high temperatures, logistics constraints, and the complexities of multi-disciplinary concurrent operations, they strictly upheld quality standards and employed meticulous management to ensure the project’s high-quality, on-schedule delivery, thereby injecting strong momentum into the modernization of Egypt’s automotive industry.

Egypt

AFA Capacity Expansion Project

On June 25, Changhong Intelligent commenced work on a project for Egypt’s AFA Company, involving the capacity expansion of its paint shop and the construction of conveyor systems for the welding and final assembly shops. By significantly upgrading these three core areas—specifically through the paint shop expansion and the optimization of welding and assembly conveyor systems—the project precisely addresses existing production bottlenecks; once operational, it will directly enable AFA Company to achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 vehicles. This collaboration marks the establishment of a solid business foothold for Changhong Intelligent in the Middle East and African markets, leveraging its integrated capabilities spanning plant-wide planning, process design, and construction and commissioning.

Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek Final Assembly Line Project

As the first vehicle final assembly line in Kyrgyzstan's history, the Bishkek-based project is currently in the peak phase of on-site installation. Designed and constructed in strict accordance with the KD (Knock-Down) production model, it embodies a milestone in the country's automotive industry—marking the transition from basic component assembly to modern, large-scale manufacturing. The line integrates advanced technologies—including lifting carriers, fully automated tire mounting and tightening robots, AGVs for chassis-body mating, assistive manipulators, automatic glass gluing systems, and a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)—to establish a closed-loop system for end-to-end data traceability and intelligent control. Benchmarked against high-standard domestic assembly systems, it sets a replicable technical model for the Central Asian region.

Eastern Europe

Daewoo Painting Line Project

The Daewoo painting line project in Eastern Europe is now in full swing, currently in the critical final phase of installation and commissioning. Leveraging a standardized operational system, the Changhong Intelligent team is systematically executing the delivery of the entire painting equipment chain—including pre-treatment, electrophoresis, painting, drying, HVAC air supply, wastewater treatment, exhaust gas treatment, and workstation systems.
