Paint Touch-up Booth
The paint touch-up booth provides a professional environment for rectifying paintwork defects on vehicle bodies. Equipped with dust-free, ventilation, and temperature-control systems, it enables repair processes—such as sanding, painting, and drying—to address localized scratches and imperfections. These repairs ensure a uniform, consistent finish that meets factory standards for vehicle exterior quality.

KBK
KBK is a lifting and conveying system commonly used in final assembly workshops. Comprising tracks, suspension units, trolleys, and lifting mechanisms, it is primarily utilized for tasks such as component assembly, the loading and unloading of assemblies, and heavy load handling. Offering flexible movement and ease of operation, it effectively reduces manual labor intensity and is widely applied in sub-assembly lines, maintenance stations, and auxiliary logistics stations.

ASRS
The ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) serves as the core system for material storage and dispatch in smart factories.
