The sub-assembly line adopts manual loading, adhesive application, welding, and transfer processes, featuring low cost and high efficiency. It is mainly responsible for welding third-level automotive assemblies.Its main components include positioning fixtures, loading and unloading lifting fixtures, manual resistance welding guns, arc welding guns, semi-automatic stud welding guns, manual sealing (gluing) equipment, overhead water/electrical/gas pipelines, and maintenance platforms.
