UV coating new technology 2: automated 6th-surface masking spraying process

Electrode-side spraying, also known as “6th-surface coating,” is technically challenging in high-takt fully automated production due to the need for masking electrodes, explosion-proof windows, and QR code areas.

The R&D team has developed a fully automatic 6th-surface spraying and curing production line capable of 50 PPM throughput. It processes 5 pieces per cycle and completes the operation within 6 seconds, achieving a line takt of 50 PPM.
