The function of the oven is to cure the paint film and sealant within a certain period of time, so that the jobs can obtain reliable paint film quality, and at the same time facilitating subsequent operations.
The oven is classified into straight-through, bridge, and π types. It is composed of tunnel (baking tunnel), circulating duct, heating unit, exhaust gas treatment (TAR or RTO), air seal and top airlock.
The heating unit of straight-through ovens is located on the platform above the tunnel, and the heating unit of the bridge oven and the π type oven is located on the ground below the tunnel.
Oven By virtue of design improvement oven more than 20 years, our oven has the following features: 1. Modular design, easy for production and installation and time-saving; 2. Effective heat transfer makes the area temperature only a few degrees higher than the body temperature. 3. The efficient use of space greatly reduces operating costs; 4. Simple and reliable design reduce maintenance; 5. No protrusions or dust gathering parts, which is easy to clean; 6. Appropriate increase in circulation air volume makes the temperature of each point which has uneven distribution of the body mass close to each other(such as A, B pillar), and ensures that all parts of the body are fully baked.
Cooling equipment The cooling chamber has single tunnel. The ambient air outside is sucked into the chamber by fans through air delivery pipes and the filter. The aluminum spinning adjustable nozzles are positioned according to the shape of the body with the air velocity of about 20m/s, and the gap between the nozzle and the body surface shall not be less than 300mm.
In the tunnel, the self-supporting structure and the inner duct are made of galvanized sheets. A steel platform with independent structure is mounted above the tunnel to hold the ventilation device.
The cleanliness of the cooling air delivered into the chamber has 99% removal rate of dust with particle size ≥5μm. In the low temperature environment, the delivered cooling air can be adjusted to the required temperature to avoid undercooling and condensation of the jobs.
