The assembly line adopts the welding processes of manual loading, sealing, welding and transfer, which has the characteristics of low cost and high efficiency, mainly completing the welding tasks of automobile 3-level assembly. The main components are positioning jig, loading&unloading hanger, manual resistance welding gun, arc welding gun, semi-automatic stud welding gun, manual sealing equipment, overhead water and electrical pipeline, maintenance platform, etc.
