The paint booth provides a special environment for painting operations, this artificial environment can meet the needs of painting operations concerning environmental temperature, humidity, illumination, cleanliness, etc.; It creates a relatively comfortable and safe working environment for operators, disposes of the generated paint mist, and protects the jobs from secondary pollution. The paint booth is composed of the plenum, spraying operation room, paint mist treatment and ventilation system, it can be divided into dry paint booth and wet paint booth according to the way of collecting paint mist.

The wet venturi paint booth is a typical structure that has been widely used in the painting industry. Our wet paint booth has a modular structure, which can be quickly fabricated and installed. It possesses a good indoor operating environment, efficient paint mist replenishment rate, and a fully automatic slag collection system.

1. Economy: After changing from wet painting to dry painting, the cost can be reduced exponentially by operating with circulating air. To separate excess paint, it doesn’t need water, expensive paint sludge disposal (as special waste), time-consuming and costly paint sludge discharge, chemicals (flocculants, defoamers, fungicides, etc.), and pumps, which can also reduce the corrosion to technical equipment in the paint booth, electrical energy consumption and maintenance costs.

2. Efficiency: The adsorption capacity can reach up to 100 kg/m² and more as per the material of coatings, the separation rate can reach up to 97%.
