PT&ED equipment includes: tank, tunnel, platform, oil removal device, iron chip removal device, silane or phosphating slag remover, agitating and spraying pipe system, shaft seal system, temperature control system, lighting system, air supply and exhaust system, dosing device, anode system, ultrafiltration system, DC power supply, DI water unit and chiller.

1. Use of modular design, production and installation, with not only the beautiful structure and reliable performance, but also the significantly shorter construction period.

2. Use of combination technology with hydrocyclone, magnetic filter and paper tape filter, which can effectively purify the tank liquid and improve the cleaning effect.

3. Development of a multistage oil removal device coordinated with oil-water separator to achieve good oil removal effect.

4. Use of EDRO technology and countercurrent water refill process, which can achieve zero emission of ED process.
