Established in 1989, Jiangsu Changhong Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specialized in the planning and design of automotive factories, as well as the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and after-sales services of painting, welding and assembly lines in automotive, engineering machinery, rail transit and aerospace areas. Over the 30 years of development, Changhong Intelligence has become a national-level enterprise technology center, a national model enterprise of technological innovation, a national specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprise, a national model enterprise of intellectual property, a national-level contract-abiding and trustworthy enterprise and a national pilot unit for standardized integration of informationization and industrialization. Changhong Intelligence has been granted the qualification of class-A in mechanical industry design and class-B in architectural design, both of which were issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. By means of the capabilities of 3D factory planning, complete line process scheme, detailed design and analog simulation, Changhong Intelligence has successively undertaken 6 national R&D projects, including “National Science and Technology Major Project”, “National Science and Technology Support Program”, etc., as well as more than 60 provincial and municipal R&D projects. Changhong Intelligence formed a strong combination with FIDIA, our R&D center in Milan, Italy, together we completed the studies of several rotational dipping technologies like DIP&F360 and R-EMS, and successfully applied them into multiple projects of automobile manufactures. In addition, Changhong Intelligence boasts 65 Chinese invention patents, 2 Italian invention patents, 142 utility models and 24 software copyrights, presides over/participates in the formulation of 10 national, industrial and group standards.
