On the morning of August 17th, the topcoat line project of containers with technical transformation contracted by Changhong Intelligence from Foton Changhe Hongyuan Factory, was successfully completed, and thus leading to the off-line ceremony for the first complete vehicle. Leaders like Chen Guoying, Vice President of Finance of Foton Jiangxi Division, Han Zhaolai, Director of Paint Technology Department, and Zheng Xu, Vice President of Supply Chain, as well as project teams of relevant parties attended the ceremony.
The comprehensive production capacity of this project is planned to be 180,000 vehicles/year (cab 120,000 + container 60,000), including two technical transformation tasks about painting and final assembly. It took three months to complete the technical transformation and make the first product off the whole process line. The project uses advanced technologies such as the dry spraying (carton) booth, the waste gas treatment system with zeolite runner combined with rotary RTO, and flexible tooling (The cabs and containers share the same line in the whole process). The quality of coatings is greatly improved after technical transformation. The transformation was completed on schedule and the established goal was achieved, which provides a solid guarantee for the product quality of Jiangxi Changhe Automobile Co., Ltd.
During the implementation of the project, Changhong Intelligence allocated the resources rationally, organized on-site construction scientifically, delivered the project on schedule, and ensured that the first complete vehicle was off-line as planned, which fully verified Changhong's technical advantages and strength.
