On the morning of January 25th, the commercial vehicle construction project of Henan Foton Iblue New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd contracted by Changhong Intelligence was successfully completed and a ceremony was held for the offline of the first vehicle. Leaders such as Han Zhaolai, manager of Foton paint process department, and project teams of all related parties attended the ceremony.
The project took 180 days for the first product to roll off the line with full processes, and the maximum capacity of new paint shop and production line is 60,000 vehicles/year. The pre-treatment of this project uses ED paint with high throwing power and water-based B1B2+2K varnish, the E-coat uses rotating conveyor, and the paint spraying uses internal and external spraying robots + dry spraying booth, above technologies are all better than the configuration in the same industry. Meanwhile, the intelligent management system of central control is used in the workshop to realize two-way transmission of production, quality, energy and information data, energy measurement and self-diagnostic intelligent management of equipment.
The successful completion of this project is the result of deepening and expanding cooperation between Changhong Intelligence and Foton Motor.
