Camp Concluded | Changhong Intelligence Project Management Elite Practical Training Camp Wraps Up Successfully

Changhong Intelligence recently successfully concluded its "Focus on Projects, Lead the Future with Intelligence" project management elite training camp. Forty-eight participants engaged in a dynamic exchange centered on project-oriented thinking, practical insights, and management innovation.

Departing from the traditional format of simply reciting prepared material, the core of this program's final assessment was "hands-on practical application," with six teams taking the stage in turn to present. Each team member was responsible for presenting a key phase of the project—ranging from the breakdown of high-level strategy to the technical details of installation and commissioning—demonstrating systematic project management thinking within a strict 30-minute time limit.

During the three-hour group presentations, the judges provided rigorous critiques and scores based on four dimensions: content completeness, logic and professionalism, communication and presentation skills, and teamwork and performance.

Following the intense process of tallying the scores, Vice President Xia Li announced the final assessment results. Thunderous applause and cheers filled the venue—the best possible reward for the hard work and dedication of the past few months.
