Meeting a Better Self — Changhong Smart Bilingual Training Camp (Session 003) Concludes Successfully!

From domestic production bases to overseas factory networks, and from local services to turnkey general contracting projects worldwide—mastering foreign languages serves as a "passport" for Changhong Smart Manufacturing to enter the global stage and engage with international projects.

The graduation assessment and award ceremony for the third cohort of the Changhong Smart Bilingual Training Camp—themed "Meeting a Better Self"—was held recently. While technically an assessment, the event was more of a "highlight moment" for the participants. Six examiners stood ready, ten leaders attended—joining both online and in person—to listen to the proceedings, and twenty-eight trainees, divided into six groups, competed on stage.

Nine Months of Effort, Thirty Minutes of Brilliance
The functional team explained the logic behind global business coordination in English and addressed the needs of overseas clients; the final assembly and painting teams demonstrated Changhong’s standardized global production processes while highlighting real-world examples, such as the new MMM plant in Egypt and the overseas export of "Dip-Free 360" immersion technology; the IT team discussed cross-border system operations and international data synchronization; and the electrical automation team broke down international technical specifications and overseas equipment maintenance...
Each 30-minute presentation, delivered entirely in English, was the culmination of nine months of dedicated effort. The transformation—from hesitating to speak to communicating with confidence—represents not only significant personal growth but also the solid foundation of Changhong’s globalized workforce.

The 28 participants in this training camp represent core functions across production, corporate operations, and technical roles. By enhancing bilingual capabilities, the program empowers individuals and lays the groundwork for Changhong’s globalization strategy. Chairman Qiu Yunjie personally presented awards to outstanding participants, encouraged the long-term continuation of the training initiative, and called upon the entire workforce to embark on a journey of collective growth.
