A delegation from Yancheng City visited Fidia, the Italian subsidiary of Changhong Intelligent.

On June 26, Huang Hua, a member of the Standing Committee of the Yancheng Municipal Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department, led a delegation to visit FIDIA Systems S.p.A. (FIDIA), the Italian subsidiary of Changhong Intelligent. Qiu Yunjie, Chairman of both Changhong Intelligent and FIDIA, along with FIDIA CEO Antonio Zaza, extended a warm welcome to Minister Huang and the delegation, and expressed sincere gratitude to the Yancheng Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government for their strong interest in and support for the company's overseas expansion.

During the exchange, Antonio Zaza provided the delegation with a detailed overview of Fidia’s development since its inception. The company specializes in providing comprehensive turnkey production line solutions—encompassing design, development, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service—to the automotive industry. It has established itself as a supplier to major international automakers, including Volkswagen, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, and Stellantis.

The establishment of Fidia stems from the visionary leadership and strategic planning of Chairperson Qiu Yunjie. She noted that Changhong Intelligent has been deeply engaged in the automotive industry for 36 years, expanding its business footprint from China to dozens of countries across four continents; by focusing on intelligent automotive manufacturing as a key breakthrough, the company has successfully transitioned from merely exporting products to "taking technology global." She also expressed her sincere gratitude to the municipal Party committee and government for their strong support regarding talent acquisition and policy incentives, which have provided a solid foundation for Changhong Intelligent to build an international team and drive innovative growth.

Minister Huang Hua highly commended Fidia’s achievements in the European market and expressed the hope that the company would continue to provide more competitive products and services while actively conveying China's voice. He emphasized that both sides should jointly explore new opportunities for China-Europe cooperation, deepen practical collaboration in areas such as economy and trade, science and technology, and culture, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, thereby injecting greater momentum into the building of an open world economy.

Time flew by amidst the delightful and engaging interactions; the packed schedule and exchange activities passed in the blink of an eye, leaving everyone eager for more. As the sun set and the stars and moon emerged, the parties bid each other a reluctant farewell, yet all departed with a sense of great fulfillment.
